Dream Fares is an online travel agency based in Victoria, Australia. We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party travel suppliers (“suppliers”). We facilitate bookings on your behalf but do not operate these services ourselves unless explicitly stated.
All prices displayed are indicative and subject to availability at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received and a confirmation is issued by the relevant supplier.
Dream Fares reserves the right to amend prices prior to payment if errors are identified.
Each supplier sets their own cancellation, change, and refund policies. These may include penalties or fees.
Dream Fares service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Special or customised tours, packages, or services are generally non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you wish to cancel or change a booking, you must contact Dream Fares immediately.
Supplier cancellation fees, penalties, or non-refundable policies may apply.
Any refunds are subject to the supplier’s policies and the processing time required by them.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, vaccinations, travel permits, and other travel documents are valid and comply with the requirements of the countries they visit.
Failure to have valid documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, and Dream Fares is not responsible for such outcomes.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.
Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost baggage, delays, and other unforeseen events.
Dream Fares is not liable for losses, delays, or damages that would have been covered by travel insurance.
Dream Fares acts as an agent only and is not liable for acts, omissions, or failures by suppliers.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or natural disasters
Changes in government regulations or travel restrictions
Supplier insolvency or service failures
These Terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Promotions, discounts, and offers may be time-limited and subject to conditions specified by suppliers.
Dream Fares reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or promotional materials.
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used to complete bookings, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with your booking or use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
